As we head to year end, please keep in mind New Jersey is raising the minimum wage once again on 1/1/2025.
All 3 types of wage categories are being increased as follows:
- The standard minimum wage is increasing from 15.13 to 15.49.
- The seasonal and small company wage is increasing from 13.73 to 14.53.
- The wait staff (tipped) employees is increasing from $5.26 with a $9.87 tip credit to $5.62 per hour with a $9.87 tip credit.
